Billing Registration Specialist I

*ETHOS LABORATORIES* – Newport, KY

LOCATION: Located at our corporate headquarters in Newport, KY, two blocks from Newport on the Levee.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medical billing experience preferred
• Proficient in data entry speed and accuracy
• Billing Certification a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the daily review and verification of registration information
• Updates patient demographics including but not limited to adding or modifying insurance information, adding diagnosis codes, and adding referring physician information
• Verifies patient eligibility with payers
